    We do not store card details. If you are trying to make a purchase or request a refund you will need to have these to hand.

    Order Shipping: Your courier will need to know certain details - like your name, address and phone number - in order for your purchase to reach you. This will depend on the individual courier used to ship your items. 


    Order Tracking: We provide a service that tracks your parcel when it is on its way to you. This requires the courier to have information about you such as your name, address, and phone number. 


    Marketing Activity: We may contact you via email to inform you of major changes or as part of our marketing (i.e. our newsletter or any discounts we are offering you). Our email is hosted by MailChimp, whose Privacy Policy you can view here. You may opt out of marketing emails if you wish.
