GN Telos Cables, Connectors and Spares — Waterproof Power Distribution for Daisy-Chained LED Grow Lights
Best for: Growers running multiple Telos LED fixtures who need reliable power consolidation and remote driver placement
Our thoughts
If you've got multiple Telos lights, these cables and connectors aren't optional—they're essential. Built with proper IP66-rated Wieland connectors and a locking mechanism that actually works, this is the kit that keeps your multi-light setup running without faffing about. Does exactly what it should, day in, day out.
GN Telos Cables, Connectors and Spares are the backbone of any multi-light Telos setup. These waterproof power distribution cables let you daisy-chain multiple Telos LED grow lights from a single mains socket, complete with IP66-rated green-coded connectors and h-block splitter connectors that lock securely and won't accidentally disconnect mid-cycle. Whether you're consolidating power across your grow room or relocating your driver unit to manage heat, this system handles the heavy lifting so you don't have to.
How it compares
Telos connectors sit apart from generic alternatives in meaningful ways.
-
IP66 Wieland connectors with mechanical locking—stays watertight even at connection points, unlike loose-fit alternatives
-
Power distribution focus—designed specifically to handle multiple fixture power draws from one socket, not just control signals
-
Higher daisy-chain capacity—supports up to 12 × Telos 0006, 10 × Telos 0008, or 8 × Telos 0010 from a single outlet (competitors typically max at 4 units)
-
Remote driver cable option—lets you run the driver up to 3 metres away, solving head height and heat issues without rewiring
In short: proper kit for growers serious about multi-light setups.
Usage guidance
Daisy-chaining multiple fixtures
Use the AC Link Cable to feed mains power into your first Telos light, then use the h-connector splitter to chain additional units together. Each connection locks into place—push connectors together until the arrow on the locking ring points to the "open padlock" symbol, then twist the ring until it shows the "locked padlock." One wall socket powers the whole chain.
Remote driver placement
If your driver unit is mounted on top of the light and you want to run it outside the grow space for cooler room temperatures, use the Remote Driver Cable to extend the distance. The driver can sit up to 3 metres away from the fixture without performance loss. You'll need to carefully remove the two metal locking straps holding the driver to the light (metal snips work for this).
Power management
Respect the daisy-chain limits—don't exceed 8 × Telos 0010, 10 × Telos 0008, or 12 × Telos 0006 from one 13A socket. Overloading causes nuisance trips and downtime.
Connector maintenance
Keep connectors dry and free of debris. The locking mechanism is robust, but it's only effective if you're actually using it—always lock connectors, always check they're seated properly before running cycle.

Who this is for
- Growers running 2+ Telos lights who need to consolidate power and reduce mains socket clutter
- Commercial horticultural operations expanding multi-light setups without expensive rewiring
- Growers optimising grow room temperature by placing drivers outside the canopy space
- Anyone building a networked Telos lighting system that runs 12-18 hours daily and needs zero downtime
- UK-based indoor farmers prioritising British-engineered components and reliability
Less relevant if you're running a single Telos light—you don't need these cables as a standalone purchase.
Our take
These aren't flashy accessories, but they're the difference between a tidy, scalable multi-light system and a rats' nest of extension cables and bodged connections. The Wieland locking connectors are genuinely well-engineered—you're getting industrial-grade components that don't fail mid-cycle.
If you've got multiple Telos fixtures or you're planning to expand, good time to buy while stock lasts. Proper kit at a sensible price that'll outlast cheaper alternatives by years.
