The AirOzone 150 is an inline ozone generator built into a 150mm diameter housing, designed to fit into standard 150mm (6") ducting to treat air as it's extracted from a grow room. It works using corona discharge: a high-voltage current runs across the internal plate, which ionises oxygen in the passing air stream and converts some of it into ozone, helping to break down odour compounds before they leave the extraction system.
This is the replacement element (part code AZ-150-ZONE) for that unit - effectively the wearing part of the generator. Over time, the discharge plate loses efficiency as it's used, and ozone output drops off even though the housing and fan are still working fine. Fitting a fresh element restores output without replacing the whole 150mm generator.
