BAY6 is the tent range we point first-time growers towards. It doesn't have the reinforced metal corners of our Bloomboxx range, but for a propagation tent or a first full-size setup it's properly light-tight and does the basics right. Good value across a genuinely huge size range.
BAY6 is a budget grow tent range covering everything from small 0.6m propagation tents through to full-size 6m x 3m commercial setups, so there's a size for almost any space, spare room or shed. Every tent uses a 95% reflective silver mylar interior lining to bounce light back onto your plants, a metal pole frame with plastic corner connectors for assembly, and drawstring ports at the ducting entry points to help seal out light leaks.
Because this is a range rather than a single tent, sizing and price vary a lot - from small 0.6m x 0.9m x 0.6m tents suited to seedlings and clones, up through the common 1.2m and 2.4m grow tent sizes, to large multi-plant commercial tents over 6m long. Usage guidance
Choosing a size
Measure your available floor space and ceiling height first, then pick a tent with a little clearance for your light and extraction gear - don't buy right up to the limit of the room.
Assembly
Poles push into the plastic corner connectors; build the frame first, then pull the fabric cover over the top rather than trying to fit it as you go.
Ducting and sealing
Use the drawstring ports for your extraction ducting and cable ports for wiring, keeping both pulled tight to stop light escaping.
