Cyco Commercial - Bloom - Base Flowering Nutrient for Hydro, Coco and Soil
Best for: growers who want a straightforward, professional-grade base nutrient for the flowering stage without paying Platinum Series prices.
Our thoughts
Commercial Series is Cyco's answer to growers who want the brand's core feeding logic without the premium additive-heavy price tag of the Platinum range. Bloom does the job it's meant to across pretty much any medium you throw at it. If you're running a simple, no-frills setup and don't want to build a big additive stack, this is a sensible place to start.
Cyco Commercial Bloom is the flowering-stage half of Cyco's two-part Commercial Series base nutrient, paired with Commercial Grow for the vegetative stage. It's formulated to work across hydroponic drip systems, deep water culture (DWC), rockwool and coco, and is also suitable for soil growing, which makes it a genuinely flexible base feed rather than one built for a single system type.
As a base nutrient it supplies the core macro and micronutrients a flowering plant needs, and is designed to be used on its own or as the foundation you build a Cyco additive programme on top of (Potash Plus, Swell, Supa Stiky and similar Platinum Series products are formulated to layer onto a Grow/Bloom base).
How it compares
Commercial Bloom competes in the mid-range two-part base nutrient category.
- General Hydroponics' FloraSeries (Micro/Grow/Bloom) is a longer-established three-part system that many growers compare two-part feeds against.
- Canna's Terra Flores and Aqua Vega/Flores lines cover the same base-feed role for soil and hydro/coco growers respectively.
- House & Garden Aqua Flakes is another well-known two-part base nutrient aimed at the same kind of multi-system flexibility.
Where Commercial Bloom earns its keep is breadth: one bottle covers drip, DWC, rockwool, coco and soil, so you're not buying a different base feed for every setup you run.
Usage guidance
Use it as your main flowering-stage feed, dosed to your reservoir or watering can.
Dosing
Follow Cyco's Commercial Series feed chart for your specific growing medium, as rates differ between hydro/DWC, coco/rockwool and soil.
Switching from Grow
Transition from Commercial Grow to Commercial Bloom when you flip your lights to a flowering photoperiod, or when your plants show the first signs of flowering.
pH and EC
Check pH and EC after mixing, as with any base nutrient, and adjust to suit your growing medium before feeding.
Layering additives
If you want to add PK boosters or other Platinum Series additives later in flower, Commercial Bloom is designed to be the base you build that programme on.

Our take
Commercial Bloom is a sensible, no-nonsense base feed rather than a flashy one, and that's exactly what most growers actually need for the flowering stage. It covers enough different growing methods that you're unlikely to outgrow it as your setup changes.
Does exactly what it should, day in, day out. One we sell a lot of for new growers.
