Maxibright Juno LED 720w Pro Grow Light - Affordable, Foldable Power for 1.5m Tents
Best for: Growers running a 1.5m x 1.5m tent who want a high-output, easy-to-set-up LED without the price tag of Maxibright's Daylight range.
Our thoughts
This is the light we'd point someone towards if they want serious PPF numbers for a 1.5m tent but don't want to spend Daylight-range money. It folds flat for transport, sets up single-handed, and 1800 µmol/s from 720W is a solid return - not the last word in efficiency, but a genuinely strong all-rounder at this price.
The Maxibright Juno LED 720w Pro is an affordable yet powerful LED fixture using 6 bars of high-quality MaxiLED chips, producing a total light output of 1800 µmol/s (PPF) of uniform, full-spectrum light with added red for enhanced flowering. At just 40mm high, it's one of the lowest-profile fixtures Maxibright makes, ideal for growers short on headroom. It folds flat down the middle for easy transport and installation, and is genuinely plug-and-play with zero assembly required.
The fixture measures 1130mm x 1100mm x 40mm and is optimised to cover a 1.5m x 1.5m grow area evenly. It includes a remote dimmer with four power steps (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%), comes with a 4-metre power lead, and has no fans or moving parts for silent running. Multiple units can be linked together using link cables for larger multi-light setups, and it carries a 50,000-hour rated lifespan.
How it compares
The Juno Pro sits below Maxibright's own Daylight range on efficiency but well below it on price, making it a genuine budget-to-mid-tier alternative in the 720w bracket.
- Against the Maxibright Varidrive 720w, the Juno Pro is a fixed-driver fan-free unit rather than a remote-ballast dimmable system, trading some flexibility for a simpler, lighter fixture.
- Compared with Lumii Black's 720w LED range, the Juno Pro's fold-flat design and zero-assembly setup make it quicker to get running out of the box.
- Against budget LED brands at a similar price point, the Juno Pro's MaxiLED chips, remote dimmer and link-cable support put it a clear step above unbranded alternatives.
You're not getting Daylight-range efficiency, but for the price, 1800 µmol/s of uniform coverage over 1.5m square is a genuinely strong return.
Usage guidance
Its plug-and-play design makes setup quick, but a few habits help you get the most from it.
Unfolding and hanging
Unfold the fixture flat and hang it using standard rope ratchets from your tent's roof bars - no tools or assembly are needed beyond hanging it in place.
Dimming through the grow cycle
Use the remote dimmer to run at 25-50% for propagation and early veg, stepping up to 75% or 100% as the canopy matures into flowering.
Linking multiple units
For larger rooms, connect two or more Juno Pro units using link cables to control them together from a single dimmer.
Low-headroom spaces
At only 40mm high, this is a good fit for grow spaces where hanging height is tight, without sacrificing much coverage.

Our take
This is a lot of usable PPF for the money, in a fixture that's genuinely quick to set up and easy to live with day to day. It won't out-efficiency the Daylight range, but it doesn't need to at this price.
If a 1.5m tent is your target and budget matters, this is one we sell a lot of for new growers.
