Twister Trimmer T6 — Compact Tabletop Plant Material Trimmer for Home Growers
Best for: Small-scale growers and home operations wanting automated trimming without the footprint or price of commercial machines
Our thoughts
This is the real deal for home and small batch work. The T6 turns what would take you weeks of hand work into a few hours, and it does it without mangling your crop. Precision blade adjustment, gentle processing, wet or dry — it's built for people who actually grow indoors and need their kit to earn its place on a shelf.
The Twister T6 is a tabletop automated trimmer designed to handle small-scale harvest processing with genuine hand-trim quality. Running at up to 5 lbs/hr dry or 18 lbs/hr wet, it collapses weeks of manual work into hours. The key here is that it's engineered for precision and gentleness—not speed at the expense of quality. A 96-point blade indexing system lets you dial in your cut to 0.0005 of an inch, and SoftTumble technology keeps the tumbler impact minimal. It's compact (42 lbs, portable), works wet or dry out of the box, and disassembles in seconds for cleaning. Everything you need without the commercial footprint or price tag.
How it compares
In the tabletop segment, you're mostly looking at two options: this and the CenturionPro Tabletop.
-
vs. CenturionPro Tabletop Pro: Smaller footprint, similar speed, comparable build quality. CenturionPro edges ahead on raw wet throughput (15 lbs/hr vs 18 lbs/hr with dual T6s), but takes up noticeably more space
-
vs. hand trimming: 5–18 lbs/hr instead of days or weeks. The maths speaks for itself
-
vs. larger commercial trimmers: Half the price, a tenth of the space, designed for indoor home operations
-
vs. bladeless friction trimmers: Faster wet processing, tighter blade precision (0.0005"), and you can link two T6s together for scalability
Usage guidance
Wet trimming
Load fresh, hydrated material. The T6 Extreme Tumbler handles full moisture content efficiently. Process up to 18 lbs/hr, then run material through the optional leaf collector to separate trim without damage.
Dry trimming
Drop in dried material (8% moisture onwards). Slower throughput (5 lbs/hr), but the result is tighter and the machine handles the full moisture range without swapping tumblers.
Blade tuning
Use the 96-point adjustment system to dial in your cut. Tighter settings give you hand-trim precision; looser settings prioritise speed. Start conservative and adjust to your material and preferences.
Scaling up
Run two T6s in tandem if your volume grows. They link back-to-back with no faffing.

- Growers with hand pain, arthritis, or repetitive strain who need to remove the manual element
- Anyone scaling from hand trimming to automation without buying commercial-grade equipment
- Operations that want to link multiple units for modest volume increases
Our take
This machine does exactly what it promises. It's built solid, the blade precision is genuinely tight, and it handles wet or dry without drama. The compact footprint means it fits where bigger kit won't, and the price sits in a sweet spot for growers who've outgrown hand work but aren't ready for five-figure commercial machinery.
If you're spending weeks on post-harvest prep, or your hands are done with the work, this is worth picking up. Good time to buy while stock lasts.
