CenturionPro Original Trimmer Electropolished — Medium-Scale Automatic Plant Material Trimmer
Best for: Medium-sized operations processing 50–250 lbs of material per day who want speed, consistency, and labour efficiency without industrial-scale complexity.
Our thoughts
This is the workhorse of the CenturionPro range. It does what it says it will — cuts trim time from weeks to days, handles both wet and dry material cleanly, and delivers uniform results day in, day out. The 10-year warranty tells you everything about the build quality. One we recommend a lot for growers ready to move beyond hand trimming.
The CenturionPro Original is a hybrid wet and dry automatic trimmer built for medium-scale operations that need to process material fast without compromising quality. Equipped with an 11-blade Toro hardened cutting reel delivering 37,500 cuts per minute, electropolished steel construction, and variable speed control, it replaces the work of roughly 60 hand trimmers whilst maintaining consistent results. Whether you're trimming fresh-harvested or dried material, the hybrid tumbler design handles both applications properly, letting you work to your own schedule rather than waiting on labour.
How it compares
The Original sits in the proven, mid-tier of commercial trimming equipment.
- 11-blade cutting reel vs. 5–8 blades on most competitors — more cuts per rotation means finer, more uniform results
- Hybrid tumbler standard (wet and dry in one) — competitors often require separate machines or tumbler swaps
- 10-year warranty, strongest in category — Twister T4 offers 3 years, GreenBroz M1 offers 3 years
- Variable speed control lets you dial in results for different material density and flower size
- Optional Quantanium non-stick tumbler upgrade available for 40% better material preservation
In short: proven, reliable, and built to outlast the competition without paying industrial-scale prices.
Usage guidance
The Original works across different trimming workflows:
Wet trimming
Processes up to 75 lbs per hour of fresh-harvested material. The hybrid tumbler handles moisture without clogging. Run-time typically 8–15 minutes depending on material volume and desired trim level.
Dry trimming
Processes up to 15 lbs per hour of dried material. Slower than wet trimming but still a fraction of hand labour time. Variable speed control lets you adjust blade rotation to match material density.
Material consistency
Machine-trimmed product is highly uniform across batches. Adjust tumbler speed and run-time to get the trim finish you want — tight or loose, it's in your control.
Byproduct collection
The triple-bag filtration system separates green trim (inner bag) from fine particles (middle micron bag) during processing, keeping your workspace clean and giving you options for further use.
Cleaning
Disassembles in 10–15 minutes. The electropolished steel tumbler wipes clean with warm water; if you upgrade to Quantanium coating, resins won't stick and cleaning is even faster.

Who this is for
- Medium-sized producers processing 50–250 lbs of material per day
- Growers tired of hand trimming delays and inconsistent results
- Operations where labour costs are eating into margins
- Anyone needing to handle both wet and dry material in one machine
- Producers who value build quality and long-term reliability over constantly upgrading
Not designed for micro-scale operations (the TableTop model is better there), and not built for industrial 500+ lb/day facilities (the Gladiator or multi-machine setups make more sense). The Original hits the sweet spot for established mid-tier growers.
Our take
This is proper equipment built to work hard and last. The 10-year warranty isn't marketing — it reflects North American manufacturing, D2 hardened steel blades, and a design that's been refined through years of real-world use. You're not buying a new model with unproven tech; you're buying proven reliability that growers actually trust.
If you're at the point where hand trimming is slowing you down or inconsistency is costing you, this is worth picking up while clearance stock lasts. Does exactly what it should, day in, day out.
