Usage guidance
Taking a reading
Switch the meter on and gently insert the pins into a representative bud, ideally from the middle of your drying batch rather than the driest outer material. Hold for a few seconds until the LED display settles.
Reading the display
The LED band shows where the sample falls across the moisture range - lower toward one end means drier, higher toward the other means wetter. Aim for the 9-10% window if you're planning to machine trim.
During drying
Check daily as flower approaches the end of its dry, rather than only once at the end, so you can time trimming or jarring for cure at the right moment rather than by guesswork.
